The author of this work believes without reservation, that the King James Bible is more than just a priceless work of literary art, which it is. But it is has indeed been preserved without error by God's providence as an infallible book that the common man in the English speaking world can hold and own, and the light it can give rest entirely on that man's faith in it and its Author. And all those who believe otherwise have either been duped, have an unclean motive, are just ignorant or see no issue of importance in having God's word readily available in an infallible form. No amount of linguist ability can give any extra light if there is doubt to its content, the Holy Spirit will not honour anyone that wants to subject this English Bible to an inferior position.
Act 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
If you couple the text above with 1Ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
There can be no doubt to the love of God
For unlike man our Lord became flesh not to shed the blood of the innocent, but was innocent (Matt 27:4; Matt 27:24) to shed his blood for the guilty.
More over the church is flesh of his flesh and bone of his bone, but he never state that the Church was blood of his blood.
Ephesians 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
It has been well said that the Bible is a bloody book. This fluid is mentioned 447 times between the covers. It is found 346 times in the Old Testament and 101 times in the New Testament. Leviticus is the bloodiest in the Old Testament (88 times) and Hebrews in the New Testament (20 Times).
Therefore when the Writ states that the life of the flesh is in the blood and we know how blood is used it can be absolutely stated that both the physical life of man and his spiritual life is totally dependent on BLOOD.
When a female matures and start her monthly blood flow it signals she can bare forth life and when ageing (the price of sin) has done its work and menopause is complete (no blood) she can no longer bare forth life.
Eve before the Fall would have never known this aging process, but sin brings forth death and does not produce life but slowly cuts it off.
When Paul writes, For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made,[even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
The spiritual can be known by the physical, no blood equals no life.
In short you can not trace the history of man with his violence and rebellion without seeing the blood flow. By the same token you can not trace the forgiveness of God and his hatred for the sin without seeing the blood flow.
From theblood of Abel that cried from the ground
To the vesture of the King of Kings this fluid can be found
In the volume of the BOOK sprinkled on its pages
Blood does speak of God and man through out all the ages
God did shedblood to cover Adam and his Bone
For sin had done its work onlyblood can now atone
From the failure in the garden to the day of the flood
Mankind mimicked Cain with violence flowed the blood
Forty days and forty nights the price of blatant sin
Till all breath perished--- but God shut Noah in
But when the flood surrendered Noah step on the land
He offered up a sacrifice with a thankful hand
Bring on the Law and offerings withblood on Aaronís ear
Theblood the only portal for all that dare come near
These spoke of better things that could never be diminished
For by theblood of bull and goats was impossible to finish
A better testament was needed to replace this deficient stream
A once for all atonement for man to be redeemed
For a man must die for men the law could not supply
The sons of Adam sired not one sinless man to die
To offer up theirblood with its rebellious sinful stain
Would satisfy not Godís justice the debt would still remain
But way before the foundation of this battered ball
The Son of God, The Lamb was ordained to die for all
At last the spotless Lamb did come he took on human flesh
To give hope to the heavy laden and last give the faithful rest
The Writ says he did all things well he please the Father so
He set his face like a flint to Calvary he would go
Without cause he was crucified the crimson flowing down
More than just a manísblood spattered to the ground
Godís veins were opened to sprinkle on heavenís door
It dries not this fluid a fountain is forever more.
We of course speak not of a wine, sacrificial death or moral bloodóbut the BLOOD of the Son of God. The rest are pagan, apostate or humanist lies that attempt to snub Godísblood.
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted theblood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Do I fully understand the blood of our Lord---- NO. But who fully understands many of the ways of God (The Trinity, Creation and Heaven itself).
Isa. 55:8 For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
Yet, any man who would changeblood to sacrificial death, hell to rubbish heap, Lord to sir, scourge to whip, or mansions to rooms is a two-legged devil.
Things known from the Scriptures about theBlood of Jesus Christ.
Gen 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Luk 23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

Luk 23:14 Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined [him] before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him:
Mat 27:4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What [is that] to us? see thou [to that].
Mat 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but [that] rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed [his] hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye [to it].

John 8:46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
2.Hisblood was not shed because he was a victim, martyr or helpless. While it is true that those that partook of the crucifixion either by act or consent are murders, our Lord could have STOPPED it at any time.
Acts 3:14-15 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; (15) And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

John 19:11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power [at all] against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. Many well-meaning preachers and Christians portray Jesus as a helpless lamb brought to the slaughter against his will---- he was not forced but led the way for his executioners. He allowed them to torture him, spit on him, and nail him to the tree to accomplish the Fatherís love, to save your and my worthless hide from hell and that the Scripture would be fulfilled (If this is not love let me know what is).
3.Sure he died for us, but it was the blood that was shed that cleanse us from sin (if he would have been strangled to death it would not have fulfilled the prophecies and types in the Holy Writ).
When John the Baptist declared "behold the Lamb of God" they did not strangled lambs. There is no way to read the Writ and not come away with the true picture of a bloody mutilated Saviour ablood bath and not a sacrificial death (He was hated by those who partook in his torture and the devil was present also cheering them on). Isa 50:8 [He is] near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who [is] mine adversary? let him come near to me.
Psa 22:17 I may tell all my bones: they look[and] stare upon me.

Isa 52:14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
Isa 50:6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
Psa 129:3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

Rev 5:12Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
4. Other men have died in Scripture and their blood shed due to their sin, but no persons blood other than Jesus Christ our Lord is connected to forgiveness of sin and salvation.
1Jo 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and theblood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through hisblood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth [to be] a propitiation through faith in hisblood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by hisblood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by theblood of Christ.
Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption through hisblood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:
Col 1:20 And, having made peace through theblood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.
Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by theblood of Jesus,
Heb 13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his ownblood, suffered without the gate.
Rev 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his ownblood,
5.If they hung you and I up side down and slit our throats and every drop of blood spilled to the earth that would be the end of our blood. It would dry up and go no farther. Our Lordís blood transcends tenses in time and is still fluid and available.
A. Before the blood was shed it was spoken of as already being shed.Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. B. After the blood was shed it is spoken of as cleansing powers for the past. Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth [to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
C. It is available for the future as well as the present.
1Jo 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
It matters not the time your offspring have the blood available, before they are born. Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:
6.We are not some pagan vampires that believe we can drink the blood of God, seeing that the Scripture prohibits the drinking of blood. Lev 7:26 Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, [whether it be] of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.
Act 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and fromblood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
Yes, we know the verses in the Gospel of John.
John 6:53-56 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink hisblood, ye have no life in you. (54) Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. (55) For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. (56) He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
But their wine is not our God. Their wine is the poison of dragons and the cruel venom of asps. The verses above are clarified in the verse below.
John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life.
The blood is applied spiritually by the Spirit.
Heb 9:14 How much more shall theblood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
7. Where did the blood go?
It is obvious that it fell to the ground at the foot of the cross and elsewhere during his terrible ordeal. But did it go to heaven also?
It must me remembered that the crucifixion of our Lord was not an after thought of God or a haphazard event.
1Peter 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Luke 24:44 And he said unto them, These [are] the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and [in] the prophets, and [in] the psalms, concerning me.
Even the location of the cross was according to Scripture----NORTHWARD.
From Satan (Isa. 14:13) to Santa Claus (north pole) to the wonderful things of God, NORTH is to be kept in mind.
Psalms 48:2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, [is] mount Zion, [on] the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
Psalms 75:6-7 For promotion [cometh]
neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the
south. (7) But God [is] the judge: he putteth down one,
and setteth up another.
Notice the how the direction north is used when we speak of the sacrifice either of our Lord, the Tabernacle or the Millennial Sanctuary.
Leviticus 1:10-11 And if his offering [be] of the flocks, [namely], of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish. (11) And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.
Leviticus 7:2 In the
place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the
trespass offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle
round about upon the altar.
Ezekiel 40:39-41 And in the porch of the gate [were] two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering. (40) And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, [were] two tables; and on the other side, which [was] at the porch of the gate, [were] two tables. (41) Four tables [were] on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew [their sacrifices].
Be it the blood at the tabernacle or the blood of the future sanctuary all the blood did not stay where the sacrifice was slain!
Therefore why would you think that the precious blood of our Saviour just fell to the ground and stay there and dried up?
we are speaking of god's own blood (acts 20:28).
Whereupon neither the first [testament] was dedicated without blood. For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This [is] the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.
(Leviticus 4:17) And the priest shall dip his finger [in some] of the blood, and sprinkle [it] seven times before the LORD, [even] before the vail.
(Leviticus 16:15) Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that [is] for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:
his blood was offered before the true I do know that Mary could not touch him for he yet had not acsended.
John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God.
But we do know that it was offered in the heavenly at the original vail and mercy seat of God.
When it comes to understanding the invisible, God does not leave us void. But through patterns, types, doctrine, prophecies and similitude these things can be somewhat understood. The Ark, mercy seat, vail, sacrifices, Abraham offering up Isaac, John the Baptist statement of "Behold the Lamb of God" and all the rest point to the sacrifice and the blood of the Son of God and the Son of man. If not, then nothing can be understood.
However, Jesus Christ was both 100% God and Man and just what his blood was composed of I do not know, but it is plainly called God's OWN BLOOD. I do know that Our Lord could be at two places at the same time. And the Spirit had and has access to this eternal payment.
John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, [even] the Son of man which is in heaven.
Heb 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
The Blood has never lost its power and the shedding of his blood satisfied all the requirements so you and I could be Justified.
Romans 5:11 And not only [so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones, but purchased by God's own BLOOD
All the old hymns which speak of his blood are useless if it was mere man's blood
Before a few things are mention about blood the book of Hebrews and a few key words from some of its chapters will illustrate the importance of blood.
Chapter six God 9 times
Chapters seven priest 12 times
Chapter eight covenant 9 times
Chapter nine blood 9 times
Chapter ten sin 10 times, sacrifice 8 times and offering 8 times
Chapter eleven faith 23 times
Godís priest made a covenant withblood a sin offering and this saving sacrifice is received by faith. NO BLOOD NO COVENANT.
