Statement of Declaration: The author of this work believes without reservation, that the King James Bible is more than just a priceless work of literary art, which it is. But it is has indeed been preserved without error by God's providence as an infallible book that the common man in the English speaking world can hold and own, and the light it can give rest entirely on that man's faith in it and its Author. And all those who believe otherwise have either been duped, have an unclean motive, are just ignorant or see no issue of importance in having God's word readily available in an infallible form. No amount of linguist ability can give any extra light if there is doubt to its content, the Holy Spirit will not honour anyone that want to subject this English Bible to an inferior position.
Though out the Scripture and after the founded of the New Testament Church, Satan hath beguiled many by asking or implying there is more than what God hath given.
In the Garden the subtle serpent was a perfect example of could there be more.
And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree [was] good for food, and that it [was] pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
(Genesis 3:4-6 KJV)
The underlining question was - could there be more?
This was not limited to the Garden of Eden but even faithful servants such as John the Baptist asked ‘could there be more’.
Mat 11:3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
If we follow this question to its ramifications the following are at hand.
Could There Be More?
The Bible is it complete or could there be more than the sixty-six books?
Saved men who love the Lord are beguiled and give credence to extra works. The follow is a statement by a well-meaning blundering Christian.
That there was a book of Enoch (and many other books mentioned in both testaments is not in dispute but I am sure we will agree that the canon accepted by the historic Protestant churches contains all we need as the full and complete revelation from God and is our final authority but lets not preened that the KJV is in itself without error or misunderstanding.
My answer is a simply one that most Bible Believers know.
Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
There is no book of Enoch according to the verse above. The verse just said Enoch prophesied not as it is written in the book of Enoch. Yet, this is the verse used to support its authority. The book of Enoch is pseudepigrapha writing and it is similar to the lost books of the Bible at best (absolute demonic undermining of the final authority of Holy Writ). It is fitting that a line from the rest of Esther would be so accommodating.
Queen Esther…………… she covered her head with ashes and dung and ………………… with her torn hair.
God will give any man enough rope to hang himself if he wants a lie.
Job 12:16 With him [is] strength and wisdom: the deceived and the deceiver [are] his.
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
(2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 KJV)
And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade [him], and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.
(1 Kings 22:20-23 KJV)
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
Similar to Jude 1:14 is the verse below.
And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
(John 21:25 KJV)
This verse above as you well know is a proof text for many hellish texts!
Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;
(Matthew 27:9 KJV)
Do we look for extra works from Jeremiah?
Just because the Holy Spirit told you in Holy Writ (not any extra canonical writing or some other BS Behemoth Stool…just being biblical) what Jeremiah said…not wrote.
Jeremiah did not write Zechariah and the same could be said that Isaiah did not write Malachi as we as concerning Mark 1:1 (that is why it said prophets).
And I said unto them, If ye think good, give [me] my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty [pieces] of silver. And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty [pieces] of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.
(Zechariah 11:12-13 KJV)
In fact, while one may state that we have a final authority in that "the canon accepted by the historic Protestant churches contains all we need as the full and complete revelation from God and is our final authority ". In actually when you conclude your statement with "but lets not preened that the KJV is in itself without error or misunderstanding" you just undermined your position on the final authority. For even those that use other translations do not believe they have an infallible work. You are left, at best trusting a message and not the literal words of God.
It is nothing more than polite double talk.
And the old question of "Could there not be more" rears its ugly head.
If you do not believe that we have a preserved Book that you can lay your hands on you will always ask "Could There Me More?
While you may not be gullible enough to except the Apocrypha, the book of Mormons or pseudepigrapha work as many saved and unsaved people do, your foundation is weakened.
Psa 11:3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
Every time a new tradition comes out you will wonder could there be more?
Your final authority will never be the Bible, but textual criticism, the traditions of your church, a Laodicean authority or experience such as a charismatic every changing doctrine.
James 1:8 A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.
While you may read a Bible, your trust in it as far as a word for word volume of complete trust will always be compromised. In short, for all practical purposes you are no differences between Christians that are so double minded and those that final authority is the Vatican or other religious groups.

Catholic Church no longer swears by truth of the Bible
By Ruth Gledhill, Religion Correspondent
THE hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church has published a teaching document instructing the faithful that some parts of the Bible are not actually true.
Could there be more
Could there be more than what the Scriptures say
To guide us mortals on our way
But is this not what the subtil serpent did suggest
When God’s words of warning he did contest
So Eve was beguiled and the forbidden was relished
The Lord’s command ignored his word embellished
Down through the ages as Holy word’s were penned
The Old Usurper still subtracts or seeks to amend
Surely there must be more to open our eyes
Than these sixty-six books to make one wise
Let’s go to Egypt or the Whore’s seven-hill city
With Jehudi penknife and a new translation committee
For God can not preserve what’s placed above his name
For no Bible is infallible the same old usurping refrain
But we Bible Believers can trace the Writ that we hold
From Antioch to the Reformation and England of old
We have the words of life and the oracles of the Ages of Ages
Preserved in our tongue and written on pages
If you are not 100% sure that you are going to
Heaven when you die, enter in at the the door:
John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
