Beneath the ice and snow and frozen sod Spring cries resurrection ordained by God Winter’s hoary hand releases its’ deadly grasp While seedlings venture forth from their tombs at last
II Birds are in flight the wonder begins As winter’s eviction is brought to an end Oh! The joys of creation break forth in view The Master’s handiwork is life renewed
III The saints have winters, tribulation and painDeath follows life as rainbows follow rain Take heed to the seasons ‘tis a pilgrim’s life in display Our winters will be banished on that grand day
IVWhy ponder death and sorrow here on earthAnastasis, Anastasis the completed rebirth God’s Son is the Dayspring lo the time is at hand He’ll cast off your winters The Life of all men
John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. |
